- Click Start Here on the home screen
- Follow the guided steps to select your benefits
- Click I Agree to confirm your choices
- Save your confirmation number—this confirms your enrollment is complete

Enroll or Waive Within 31 Days!
As a new hire, if you don’t take action, you’ll be auto-enrolled in medical coverage—and won’t be able to make changes unless you have a qualifying life event.

Don't forget: If you don’t complete the process all the way to the end and receive your confirmation number, any changes you made will not be processed!
FAQ
What if I don’t want any benefits?
Even if you plan to waive all coverage, you still need to take action. If you don’t enroll or waive, Almac will automatically enroll you in the POS Medical plan with single coverage at the single rate. To waive coverage:
Select Waive during enrollment
Click I Agree at the end
Save your confirmation number If you don’t complete these steps, your waiver won’t be recorded.
How long do I have to enroll?
You have 31 days from your hire date to enroll or waive benefits. If you miss the deadline, your options may be limited.
When does my coverage start?
Your benefits begin the first of the month on or following your hire date.
Example: If you’re hired on June 10, your coverage begins July 1; but if you're hired on June 1, your coverage starts on June 1.
Who can I cover under my plan?
You can enroll the following dependents:
- Your legally married spouse
- Your child(ren) up to age 26 (biological, adopted, stepchildren, or legal guardianship)
- Children with disabilities may be eligible beyond age 26 with documentation
Do I need to submit documents for my dependents?
Yes. If you’re enrolling a spouse or child for the first time, you’ll need to submit documents (like a marriage or birth certificate) to verify their eligibility.
What happens if I don't finish the enrollment process?
If you don’t complete all the steps—including clicking I Agree and saving your confirmation number—your enrollment or waiver won’t be processed.
