You can find your EOB on your member portal at www.MyBSCMedical.com. This is not a bill but does show you the service, the charges submitted, the plan payment, and your responsibility. It is important to compare this document to any bill you receive from your provider.

If the Patient Responsibility on your EOB and the amount due on the bill from your provider do not match, you have been balance billed. It is important to contact your Care Coordinator right away so they can assist.

Price Protection

Price Protection is included in the plan to ensure that you do not overpay for care. Once you have notified your Care Coordinator of the balance bill, they will complete a claims review to ensure there were no billing errors and negotiated with the provider if needed.
