Your Wallet
Your health plan has built-in price protection to make sure you don’t overpay for care. We review claims to make sure they don’t exceed your plan’s allowable limits. If a provider sends you a bill that exceeds your out-of-pocket responsibility as shown on your Explanation of Benefits, we can work to get it resolved. Notify us right away if you have a question about a bill. We’ll get on it and keep you informed.
Your ID Card
Your Benefits ID card has all the information you and your provider need.
- Always bring your Benefits ID card with you when you go to a healthcare provider.
- You’ll be able to ask your provider to call the provider number on the card if they have any questions.
