Medical Program
DLL will apply an annual wellness credit of $500 if you meet all of the 2022 requirements (and an additional $200 if your spouse completes the wellness rewards). Review the Take care of yourself section of this site for more details on how to participate in the Wellness Program.

Health Savings Account (HSA) Elections
If you elect the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) the opening of a Health Savings Account (HSA) will be initiated. DLL will fund the account on a prorated based biweekly. You may also choose to make contributions to your HSA.
Enrollment Checklist
Ensure you have completed the following:
- Compare medical plan designs and costs
- Ensure you have added and selected each dependent in your family who should have coverage
- If you are adding a domestic partner (DP) please complete the DP affidavit as required by the plan
- Add your beneficiaries in dllbenefits.com for life insurance and vanguard.com for the 401k.
