Enrollment Required For 2025 Benefits
To ensure you have benefits coverage in 2025, you must enroll during Open Enrollment from November 1 to November 15. Failure to enroll will result in no benefits coverage for the upcoming year, as your 2024 benefits will not carry over automatically.
Basic Life Insurance through Sun Life in 2025
Starting in 2025, Basic Life Insurance will be provided through Sun Life. Coverage details will remain the same, ensuring continued protection for you and your loved ones.
Eligibility:
Eligibility is based on your employment status and other circumstances. Visit each Benefit Provider to see which benefits you and your eligible dependents are eligible for. You can also visit www.myflynnbenefits.com for more information.
- New Hire Enrollment: As a newly hired employee, you will have 30 calendar days to complete your enrollment. Your date of hire is considered day one. Your benefits will be effective the first of the month following 30 days of service. If you do not enroll, you will not be covered and will need to wait until Open Enrollment for coverage effective the following January.
- Life Event Changes: If you've experienced a qualifying life event recognized by the IRS, you can make mid-year benefit changes. This includes events like marriage, birth/adoption of a child, or a change in employment status. You'll have 30 days to process these changes at www.myflynnbenefits.com, along with providing the necessary documentation. Missed the deadline? - Promotions or Job Change: If you have had a job change that affects your benefits eligibility, your benefits coordinator will contact you via email regarding enrollment and the associated timing. We're here to ensure a smooth transition in your benefits coverage.
- Part-Time Employees Eligible for ACA: Employees classified as part-time but routinely working 30 or more hours a week may be eligible for a higher level medical plan benefit under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Flynn will annually review your hours and notify eligible employees via email. For more information on the ACA, visit www.healthcare.gov. For 1095-C questions, please email Benefits@FlynnRG.com.
How to Enroll
Log in to the enrollment site at www.myflynnbenefits.com. If this is your first time visiting the site, register and follow the prompts to set up your account. Note: The Company Key is flynngroup. (case sensitive)
Once you've logged in, click Start Here at the top of the Home page of www.myflynnbenefits.com. Use the Next and Back buttons (not your browser's arrows) to navigate the site. Take the guesswork out of choosing, enroll with the I'd Like Help Choosing Plans option to find the right fit for your needs. Plus, check out these other helpful enrollment tools. The system will guide you through the entire enrollment process. Also, check out these helpful enrollment tools at your fingertips.
Click Select on the plan(s) you would like to choose. Track your choices along the top of the page, which updates your total cost as you elect benefits.
Review your elections and click Approve at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Confirm your choice(s) by clicking I Agree on the confirmation screen. Confirm your elections and costs, and click I Agree on the confirmation screen.
Once you receive your Confirmation Number, you can print your Benefit Summary for your records. Check your My Tasks to see if you have any additional actions required.
