Coverage begins on the first day of the month on or after your start date, as long as you enroll on time.

You are eligible for benefits if you are scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week.

You may also enroll eligible dependents, including:

• Your spouse or registered domestic partner

• Your children under age 26

• Disabled dependents who rely on you for support

Quick and easy enrollment through the Benefits Portal.

Once your onboarding is complete, you can enroll in benefits through the Benefits Portal starting on your hire date.

Be sure to complete your elections within your enrollment window to ensure coverage.

Changes are limited after you enroll.

You can only update your benefits during the year if you experience a qualifying life event, such as marriage, birth, or loss of other coverage.
