If you're covering dependents, you need to verify their relationship with you by uploading documentation such as a marriage license or a birth certificate. You can do so by clicking on the “Action Required” notification on the home page of mygncbenefits.com and following the prompts to upload your documents.
To upload your documents, click "My Tasks” on the home page of mygncbenefits.com. You can also upload your documents quickly using the MyChoice® benefits app — just snap a photo and submit it right from your phone.
