Inspire partners with Anthem BlueCross BlueShield to provide medical benefits, OptumRx to provide pharmacy benefits, Delta Dental to provide dental benefits and VSP to provide vision benefits.

Medical Benefits

Inspire offers three medical plan options through Anthem BlueCross BlueShield.

Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) Plan might be the right fit for you if you want to pay the lowest premium, are willing to stay in-network, and pay a higher deductible. Predictable co-pays for PCP, Specialty and Urgent Care visits are available through this plan.

Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan could be a good choice if you want to pay lower premiums and are willing to pay a higher deductible when you need health care. This plan pairs with a Health Savings Account which allows for tax-deferred contributions and an employer match on contributions.

Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan may be the right choice if you're willing to pay higher premiums to get more choice and flexibility when it comes to your physician and health care options.

Pharmacy Benefits

OptumRx is your pharmacy provider. There are two methods for filling your prescription drugs—at retail pharmacies or through mail-order. Additional discounts are available when you fill your maintenance medications in 90-day quantities at CVS pharmacies and/or by mail order. A complete list of OptumRx eligible preventive drugs is available on the enrollment website. Access this information in the Reference Center at InspireBrandsBenefits.com. Your pharmacy network includes access to thousands of retail locations, including large national chains and many community pharmacies.

Dental

Inspire offers two dental plans through Delta Dental. Delta Dental provides coverage for both in-network and out-of-network providers; however, your dental dollars will go further when choosing an in-network dentist. By selecting an in-network Delta Dental provider, deeper negotiated discounts will apply.

Dental coverage is a separate election; therefore you can choose dental coverage even if you don’t enroll in a medical plan through Inspire. For more information, visit deltadental.com.

Vision

Inspire offers two vision plans through Vision Service Plan (VSP)—the nation’s leading provider of vision coverage. VSP offers you the added flexibility of choosing an out-of-network provider, and will reimburse you up to the amount allowed under the plan. For more information, visit vsp.com.
