Hinge Health is available with all Anthem BCBS medical plans offered through Inspire Brands. Hinge Health has pioneered digital musculoskeletal (MSK) care for every body part. Hinge Health is an end-to-end digital MSK clinic that offers the right program and care for different MSK needs.
Whether your treatment need is Preventive because you are at-risk, Acute from a recent injury, Chronic based on high-risk, or Surgery for pre or post rehab care, Hinge Health can work for you.

Fertility Benefits
All Inspire Brands Anthem medical plans now offer fertility benefits. Note: Lifetime caps on claims related to fertility treatments and medications will apply.
Increase Life Insurance Without Requiring Evidence of Insurability (EOI)
Team Members eligible for Voluntary Life Insurance and Voluntary Spouse Life Insurance may elect up to the Guaranteed Issue amount during Annual Enrollment without providing Evidence of Insurability (EOI).
Note: EOI will not be required if the Team Member and/or the spouse has not previously been denied for group life insurance with the Company and did not have an application withdrawn for any reason.

CorpCare - Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all benefit eligible team members. Team members and their dependents are eligible for up to 5 professional counseling sessions at no charge.
