Inspire will continue to offer PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) and CDHP (Consumer Directed Health Plan) options through Anthem BlueCross BlueShield. For 2022, we’ve enhanced the PPO offering with a Platinum level PPO plan. The Platinum PPO will replace the Gold PPO plan. The Gold HSA, Silver HSA, and Bronze HRA will continue to be offered in 2022. All four options have distinct features and benefits. However, they share a common focus on choice and quality – and help you become more informed consumers of your own health care.

Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) is a good option if you want more control over choices and don’t mind paying more out of your paycheck for that ability.

Consumer Directed Health Plans (CDHPs) encourage you to think about health care as a consumer. By providing the tools and transparency you need to become more informed consumers of health care, CDHPs empower you to take control of your health and the money you spend on health care.

Hinge Health is available with all Anthem BCBS medical plans offered through Inspire Brands. Hinge Health has pioneered digital musculoskeletal (MSK) care for every body part. Hinge Health is an end-to-end digital MSK clinic that offers the right program and care for different MSK needs. Whether your treatment need is Preventive because you are at-risk, Acute from a recent injury, Chronic based on high-risk, or Surgery for pre or post rehab care, Hinge Health can work for you.
