Access support outside of your health plan to:

  • Manage a health condition or recent diagnosis – learn about the programs Intel offers to support your needs
  • Help you get an appointment or find a provider, including pre-approval/prior authorizations for treatments or surgery
  • Assist you with getting a second opinion
  • Provide support with claims issues, including claim denials, a benefit that seems reduced, pending claims, coordination of benefits issues or physician and hospital billing concerns
  • Connect with a My Family Advocate for expert support with navigating fertility, adoption assistance, cord blood storage and surrogacy

Personal Navigation for LGBT+ Health

Intel has partnered with Included Health, a comprehensive care navigation platform for the LGBT+ community, to connect members with quality, affirming care.

Through Included Health, employees and eligible dependents have access to 1:1 concierge service for ongoing care needs and personalized navigation for LGBT+ affirming care. Included Health’s Care Coordinators can help with the following services:

Connect - Find providers who are clinically competent in understanding LGBT+ health nuances, risks and concerns.

Empower - Offer support on a range of topics beyond provider pairing, including understanding insurance benefits, coming out at work, parenting LGBT+ youth and more.
