This discount plan is offered by New Dental Choice. You will pay a membership fee which entitles you to take advantage of pre-negotiated discounts on specific services through a network of providers.
Vision

Pet Insurance
Pets Best offers three levels of insurance to reimburse you for vet bills, ranging from an accident-only plan, an accident-plus-illness plan, and additional wellness add-ons. In addition to a direct deposit option for claims reimbursement, direct vet pay options may be available.
ID Protection
Identity protection insurance is designed to cover some of the costs related to stolen identity. It reimburses victims for money spent on reclaiming their financial identities and repairing their credit reports. These costs can range from phone bills to legal help. Policies often provide specialists who can help guide victims through the identity restoration process. These plans are offered through either EZShield (IdentityForce) or Allstate.

Two types of plans are available. When you work with a network attorney, you won’t pay any attorney fees for most covered legal matters - with no deductibles, co-payments, waiting periods or claim forms.
