That is why we give you the flexibility to choose the combination of benefits that’s right for you, your family and your goals. You must enroll in your benefits within 31 days of your full-time date of hire to ensure benefit coverage. If enrollment is not completed within this time frame, you forfeit your benefit elections until Annual Enrollment, unless you have a qualified life event. Even if you do not want to elect benefits, you are required to log on and choose to waive coverage.
