Paid Time Off (PTO)
We want to ensure that you take time off to recharge and spend time with your loved ones.
PTO is provided based on level and years of service (YOS) as outlined below:
Manager & Below:
- 1 - 4 YOS: 18 days (144 hours)
- 5 - 9 YOS: 23 days (184 hours)
- 10+ YOS: 26 days (208 hours)
Sr. Manager - Executive Director:
- 1 - 9 YOS: 23 days
- 10+ YOS: 26 days
Vice President & Above:
- 26 days
Any PTO you use on Dec. 22 or Dec. 23 will be deducted from your 2026 accrual.
Leave of Absence (LOA)
Regeneron offers employees the option to take a leave of absence for parental, family or medical reasons. All leaves, including state-mandated leaves and FMLA leaves, must be initiated through Broadspire for approval. See HR4U for more information. Please note that many of the leaves run concurrently with FMLA and other state leaves.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We understand that balancing work and life can be challenging. That’s why Regeneron offers you Resources for Living. It’s an employer-sponsored program, available at no cost to you and all members of your household. That includes dependent children up to age 26, whether or not they live at home.
TalkSpace
This feature is an extension of your Employee Assistance Program (EAP). It provides online counseling and talk therapy when, where and how you want it. Whether it’s through text, audio or video messaging, you can access mental health help when and where it’s convenient for you. Fill out an online questionnaire and be matched with a therapist within 48 hours.

Journey: Your Source for Mental Wellbeing
Our new global benefit is a personalized digital hub containing a suite of wellbeing resources here to help whether you are feeling good or if you may be struggling. All Colleagues are eligible, regardless if you participate in the Regeneron Medical Plan.
- Access live and 24/7 on-demand expert videos, articles and more
- Get recommendations just for you, including resources based on mood or personal attributes such as life stage, gender, ethnicity and sexual orientation
- Learn strategies to develop sustainable, healthy routines, manage stress or reduce anxiety

Coverage Under Regeneron Medical Plans
If you are enrolled in an Aetna Medical Plan you have access to Brightline, pediatric behavioral health care for kids, teens and families.
This program offers parents resources, personalized tips and live chat with a coach. Kids and teens will have access to live sessions to help navigate common challenges, as well as access to licensed therapists and psychiatrists.
If you are enrolled in the CDPHP EPO Plan, you and your family (ages 5+) have access to personalized, goal-oriented therapy through aptihealth. Services include weekly therapy and bi-weekly medication management through licensed providers, a personalized assessment plan, a 24/7 support helpline and a direct messaging to your therapist through a secure online portal between sessions.
