Medical
How the Medical Plans Work
- In-network preventive care is covered at 100% — you pay nothing!
- For other covered services, each plan has a deductible — an amount you must pay before the plan pays any benefits.
- If you meet your deductible, you and Regeneron share costs — this is called coinsurance.
- If the costs you pay toward your deductible, prescription co-pays and coinsurance reach the plan’s out-of-pocket maximum, Regeneron pays for covered services for the rest of the year.
- Keep in mind that balance billing from out-of-network providers may apply and do not count toward the out-of-pocket maximum.

Telehealth
With Telehealth, you can access health care services remotely giving you the convenience you need to seek and manage your care.
Dental
The Delta Dental program provides access to the largest number of network providers in the nation. The plan covers the same services whether you use a dentist who is in- or out-of-network. However, your out-of-pocket costs are generally less when you use in-network dentists. To view more detailed information on this plan, visit the SBC.

Prescription
Your prescription drug costs depend on which plan you're enrolled in and the type of drugs you select.
With all plans, you'll save by using generic and mail-order drugs through our prescription drug benefit with CVS Caremark.
- Generic drugs are chemically and therapeutically equivalent to their brand-name counterparts and often cost much less.
- Brand drugs are brand-name medications.
