Time Away from Work

Time away from work helps you rest and rejuvenate, as well as spend time with your loved ones.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Santander’s PTO program allows full- and part-time employees the flexibility to schedule time off as needed, whether it’s for a family vacation, an illness or other events. PTO can range from 18 to 30 days depending on your role, and is in addition to the holidays Santander observes. You’ll find additional details about Santander’s PTO program on The Source.

Volunteer PTO

Santander encourages employees to actively participate in their communities. All regular employees who have completed at least three months of service are eligible to receive Volunteer PTO (VPTO) hours: 16 hours for full-time employees and eight hours for part-time employees.

Development PTO

Santander recognizes the importance of professional development. All regular employees who have completed at least six months of service are eligible to receive Development PTO hours: eight hours for full-time employees and four hours for part-time employees.
