Small Increase to Medical Premiums

The cost of health care services and equipment continues to rise. Given this, medical rates will increase, in line with the market, for both the company and employees.

SSB manages the increase in health plan costs by negotiating the best rates with suppliers, adjusting plan designs, and continuing to pay the majority of the cost of employees’ medical coverage.
