As You Prepare for Retirement

You will be asked to make many important decisions about your TE Connectivity benefits and your financial security. It’s our goal to make you aware of what’s needed from you, and to make sure your retirement starts off right.

This guide is a summary of your retirement benefits, as well as the actions you’ll need to take in order to have them. For complete details on your benefits, refer to the Summary Plan Description (SPD) and available insurance policies in the Reference Center on My TE Benefits Connection at www.TEBenefits-US.com.

How to Get Started

Start the retirement process at least three months before you want to stop working to allow enough time to get everything in place for a smooth transition.

Connect with Empower Retirement, the recordkeeper for TE’s 401(k) and deferred compensation plans, by calling 1-877-625-0505 (select the 401k option) between 8am and 8pm ET, Monday through Friday or visit My TE Benefits Connection at www.TEBenefits-US.com.

Looking for some additional support?

Call ComPsych at 1-866-519-8361 and you’ll reach a team of Certified Public Accounts, Certified Financial Planners, and other professionals who can assist you. If you hold TE equity awards, the Gallagher Group from Morgan Stanley has deep financial and retirement planning and equity compensation expertise and are ready to assist with all your financial planning needs. You can email them at teconnectivity@morganstanley.com.

Important Tip

Remember to report address and email changes.

After you retire, be sure to let TE Connectivity know when your address changes.

To report an address change, visit www.TEBenefits-US.com, or call the TE Connectivity Benefits Center at 1-877-625-0505 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Please also notify TE's HR Service Center at 1-800-780-6550 of your address changes to ensure your W-2 is routed appropriately.

You should also update your email address to a personal email address instead of your TE email address.
