What's New for 2027?
IBX High Plan - Deductible
To help maintain the long-term sustainability of the IBX High Plan, the deductible will increase to $500 for employee-only coverage and $1,000 for family coverage.
New Musculoskeletal Support with Sword Health
If you are enrolled in an IBX Medical plan, you and your covered family members will have access to Sword Health, a digital musculoskeletal (MSK) care program designed to help prevent, manage, and recover from back, joint, and muscle pain. The program combines personalized exercise plans, wearable technology, and one-on-one support from licensed physical therapists, all from the comfort of home.
HMSA PPO Plan Updates
If you are enrolled in the HMSA PPO Medical Plan, there will be changes to certain plan provisions for 2027. To review the updated plan details, log in to Businessolver and navigate to Reference Center > Medical > HMSA to view the 2027 plan summary.
Activation Paths
Beginning in 2027, TMNA will introduce Activation Paths, a personalized benefits engagement experience through Benefitsolver designed to support you throughout your Benefits Journey. Activation Paths helps connect you with the programs, tools, and resources available to support your health, wellbeing, and financial goals. Based on your eligibility and benefit elections, you may receive personalized communications throughout the year that highlight relevant benefits and resources, helping you navigate your options and take advantage of the support available to you and your family when it matters most.

Teladoc Cardiometabolic Health Plus Available now at no cost to employees and covered family members enrolled in an IBX medical plan, Teladoc Health's Cardiometabolic Health Plus program provides personalized support for managing diabetes, prediabetes, hypertension, weight, stress, and other health goals.
Program features include:
- Advanced health monitoring devices delivered at no cost to help you manage your health at home and on the go.
- Automatic tracking of health readings, meals, and activity through an easy-to-use mobile app.
- Personalized insights, education, and action plans tailored to your health goals.
- One-on-one virtual coaching from expert health professionals for guidance on nutrition, exercise, blood sugar management, blood pressure management, and overall wellbeing.
- Additional program-specific resources and tools designed to make managing your health easier and more convenient.
Pet Assure Veterinary Discount Program The Pet Assure Veterinary Discount Program is now administered by Wishbone, formerly Pet Benefit Solutions. While participants may notice a new company name and updated branding, the Pet Assure program itself remains unchanged. The veterinary discounts, participating provider network, eligibility, and services available through the program remain the same.
