Welcome to Entergy!

You are eligible for benefits on your date of hire. You have 30 days from date of hire to complete your New Hire Enrollment for Entergy benefits.

To get started, create a username and log on to entergytotalrewards.com. You can also enroll on the MyChoice® benefits app with your entergytotalrewards.com username and password once you've created an account.

If you do not make your benefits elections within 30 calendar days of your hire date, your next opportunity to change your benefits will be during Open Enrollment, unless you experience a qualifying life event.

Please note: Newly hired employees who enroll in their benefits toward the end of the enrollment period may see a larger deduction on their paychecks following enrollment, as the cost of coverage will be prorated and taken out retroactively.

Eligibility

Who is elegibile for Entergy benefits coverage?

  • Entergy employees, their spouses, and their biological or legally adopted children (or children for whom the adoption process has been initiated) under the age of 26.
  • A child you are required to cover pursuant to a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO).
  • A disabled child who is dependent on you for financial security may be covered beyond age 26.
  • A child who lives with you and for whom you or your spouse is the legal guardian.
  • Some benefit plans may include different or additional eligibility requirements. Please review the applicable Summary Plan Description to determine whether you are eligible for benefits.

Rates

How much will I pay?

Your cost for each benefit option will be clearly displayed as you complete your enrollment on entergytotalrewards.com or the MyChoice benefits app.

In addition, you can view medical, dental and vision rates on entergytotalrewards.com by navigating to the My Benefits page and selecting the "Compare Plans" icon.

Dependent verification

Any time you add a new dependent to your coverage, you will be required to provide proof of your relationship. This step is known as dependent verification.

Important: You have 30 days after completing your Open Enrollment, New Hire Enrollment or change due to a qualifying life event to provide the required documentation. Dependent coverage is not activated until acceptable documentation has been submitted and approved.

MyChoice® benefits app

The MyChoice benefits app gives you access to all of your benefits from the palm of your hand. The app gives you all the details of your plan choices and lets you enroll on the go. You can also verify your dependents and store digital versions of your ID cards, so you never leave home without them!

Sofia is your personal benefits assistant, and she is available to chat 24 hours a day.
