To the extent required by law or where a collective bargaining agreement expressly states otherwise, changes affecting active bargaining unit employees are subject to negotiation with the bargaining unit representative prior to implementation. If any material changes are made to any of the Entergy employee benefit plans in the future, you will be notified.
