Medical Insurance and Prescription Plan
We are committed to helping you take charge of your health and what you spend on it. That’s why we offer you the choice of three Aetna medical plans, each with different features designed for different needs. All of Entergy's medical plans include fully covered in-network preventive care, coverage under the prescription drug program, telemedicine and behavioral health benefits.
Your Entergy Benefits Plus Medical Plan includes coverage for prescription drugs through Aetna. Depending on your plan, you'll pay a percentage (or copay) for all other prescriptions.
You have the option to fill your prescriptions two ways: you can buy drugs at a local participating pharmacy or order medications for ongoing or chronic conditions from Aetna Rx Home Delivery Pharmacy Service.
Dental Insurance
Dental health is an important part of your overall health and a great smile! Entergy's Benefits Plus Dental Plan is a PPO administered by Aetna. The plan provides 100% coverage on preventive care, including three oral exams and cleanings each year when you see an in-network provider.
Vision Insurance
Proper eye care can lead to the early detection and treatment of vision-related complications. Entergy's Benefits Plus Vision Plan, administered by VSP, includes coverage for annual routine vision exams, glasses, contacts and more.
Employee Assistance Program
Entergy offers all employees an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and a Worklife Balance Program to help navigate life's challenges and balance the demands of career and family. The EAP is an employer-sponsored program available at no cost to you and all members of your household.
Services available through the EAP include six free confidential counseling sessions per occurrence for a wide range of issues, including marital or family issues, aging parents, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, substance abuse and more.
Wellness Programs
The Sword Health Platform is a digital therapy program designed to help participants address their musculoskeletal (“MSK”) needs, find relief from related pain and improve their general wellness. Sword Health connects you with expert clinical care and easy-to-use tech from home.
Noom helps you build and sustain healthy eating habits and physical activity routines while equipping you with the skills to navigate social challenges and overcome obstacles. Additionally, the program emphasizes other important aspects of well-being, such as sleep and stress management.
