Health Plan Changes
This year, we’re keeping the same three options you had as last year.
But, there’s going to be some changes when it comes to how much comes out of your paycheck each month and how much the deductible will be.
PPO: If you are currently on a PPO, there will be a slight increase in your premium, or how much comes out of each paycheck. But the good news is, your deductible will stay the same, so you won’t have to pay more if you do need to use your health insurance.
HDHP: If you are on an HDHP, you will see no increase in your premium, but you will have a slight increase in your deductible.
HMO: We are making no changes to the HMO plan this year.
Pro tip: Be sure to enroll using the MyChoice Recommendation Tool for a personalized recommendation.
Tobacco Cessation
Last year, we rolled out a tobacco cessation plan to encourage our employees to cut out those products for good. This year, we’re rolling it out to qualified dependents on your healthcare plans. You will need to certify that your spouse is tobacco-free during this year’s enrollment. Once you do that, additional discounts will be applied to your premium each month. If you or your spouse currently smoke and want to stop, you can also receive a discount by signing up for a qualified smoking cessation plan.
New Add-ons
Life throws us a lot of curveballs. That’s why we think benefits should extend beyond just how you’re going to pay for health care. A few of the optional benefits this year include:
Discount for online gym classes
With all of us working from home and practicing social distancing, we want to encourage everyone to continue staying fit. That’s why we’ve introduced a discount for online gym classes.
Pet insurance
Your fuzzy friends are important to you—that’s why we’re offering optional pet insurance this year.
Love your heart
This benefit is for anyone managing heart-related issues. It gives you access to a state-of-the art app, discounts on blood pressure monitors and more.
