Introducing the new WSI Benefits Portal.
Starting March 1, we’re enhancing your benefits experience with an upgraded system. Please note that your current login credentials will no longer work. To access your current plan details, make updates or enroll, you’ll need to set up new login credentials in the upgraded system.
Here’s what’s needed from you:
You will need to register your new account in order to access and manage your current benefits.
- Visit MyWSIBenefits.com and click Enroll in the top right corner to be automatically directed to the new portal.
- Set up your username, password (the company key is WSI) and security questions.
- Log in using your new credentials.
- Choose whether to receive notifications via work email, personal email or text.
- View and manage your current benefits, and keep an eye out for details about Open Enrollment later this year, which will take place in this new portal.
Important note: If you are no longer a WSI associate but still have benefits through the company, you will need to go to benefitsolver.com and then follow steps two, three and four above.
Helpful tip: If you forget your username or password, click the link below the Login button to reset them at any time.

Navigating the New WSI Benefits Portal
The new portal is designed with simplicity in mind, putting all the information you need right at your fingertips.
- The Message Center has important tasks that need to be completed – especially during Open Enrollment.
- If you experience a Qualifying Life Event (marriage, divorce, birth of a child, etc.), you can select Change my Benefits to make changes. To update personal beneficiary information, select Change my Benefits.
- View personal details for you and your dependents under your Profile.
- Find plan details under the Benefits Information section.
- Review your Benefit Summary to see your current coverage.
- Find important plan documents and a glossary of benefits terms in the Reference Center.

Access the WSI Benefits Portal On the Go
Starting March 1, manage your benefits anytime, anywhere with the MyChoice benefits app.
- From the WSI Benefits Portal: Log in and select Access the App on the home page. You will then be prompted to scan a QR code to download the app (this code is unique to you and shouldn’t be shared as it will log you into your own account). You will be prompted to create a four-digit PIN for security measures. You can also set up Face ID for future use.
- From the App Store or Google Play: Search for MyChoice Benefits and log in using the credentials you created when registering your WSI Benefits Portal.
Simplified Dependent Verification
Dependent information that has already been verified and currently on file will be carried over to the new WSI Benefits Portal system on March 1.
If you’re adding a new dependent during Open Enrollment, new hire enrollment or due to a Qualified Life Event, simply upload the required documentation (e.g., marriage license, birth certificate, or adoption decree) to the new WSI Benefits Portal. With the MyChoice benefits app, you can quickly snap a photo of the document and upload it directly from your mobile device.
If dependent verification is needed, you’ll receive a notification via your preferred communication method and on the WSI Benefits Portal with further details and instructions.
