Education Assistance
Tuition Reimbursement: For eligible employees who are looking to further their professional and technical skills by attending an accredited college/university. Tuition will be covered up to the annual calendar year benefit amount of $10,000, based on the grade you received. Payment amounts are applied to the annual benefit year based on the payment processing date.*
Student Loan Paydown: For eligible employees, this program provides financial assistance toward paying down student loan debt. The benefit provides eligible employees with up to a $6,000 lifetime cap towards eligible student loans.
