2026 Monthly Employee Contributions >

Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

The IRS has increased the 2026 contribution limit for the Health Care Flexible Spending Account to $3,400. You can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses for you and your eligible dependents. Any balance remaining in 2026 (up to $680) can be rolled over into 2027.

Dependent Care FSA

For 2026, the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) contribution limit is rising to $7,500 per household. Use this benefit to cover eligible daycare, preschool, summer camp, or elder-care services for your eligible dependents.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

In 2026, HSA contribution limits are increasing. For individuals with self-only high-deductible health plan (HDHP) coverage, the limit will be $4,400. For those with family HDHP coverage, the limit will be $8,750. (If you are age 55 or older, you may still make an additional $1,000 catch-up contribution.)

Virtual Care under the HSA Choice Plus Medical Plan

Good news: Starting in 2026, employees enrolled in the HSA Choice Plus Medical Plan will no longer need to satisfy their deductible before using virtual (telehealth) care services. Instead, virtual visits under this plan will be covered at 20 percent coinsurance — no deductible required.

HSA Choice Plus Medical Plan Deductibles

Under IRS rules, the minimum deductible for a high-deductible health plan (HDHP) in 2026 will be $1,700 for self-only (employee-only) coverage and $3,400 for family coverage.
