Before Your Visit
No Appointment
If you don't have an appointment but are looking to see if your provider will accept the plan we encourage you to use the provider lookup tool or contact a Care Coordinator for assistance. Facilities in Tier 1 and Providers in Tier 2 PDH are contracted with the plan and you should not receive any push back. Providers in Tier 2 Open Access or those not listed in the lookup tool may need additional education. This outreach may not be able to take place until an appointment is scheduled.
Future Appointment
If you have an appointment scheduled and would like a Care Coordinator to reach out to confirm coverage or provide additional plan education, please contact them X days prior to the appointment.
Immediate Care Needs
If you need immediate care, you can utilize the virtual care services through Recuro or use the provider lookup tool to find an urgent care close to you.
If it is a health emergency, you should go to the nearest Emergency Room for treatment.
