Fertility and Family Building Support (Progyny)

*Progyny is only available to U.S. employees enrolled in an eligible medical plan.
Healthcare and Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
CNH provides employees with the opportunity to pay for certain healthcare and day care expenses with pre-tax dollars by offering two Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). FSAs allow you to place money into specified accounts, tax-free, for reimbursement of eligible healthcare or dependent day care expenses. The two accounts are separate, and expenses and funds cannot transfer between them. Annual maximum contributions are determined by the IRS.
Legal plan
Optional coverage is available for a legal services plan. This benefit provides legal representation for you and your covered dependents at a price that won't break your budget. A legal plan with credit monitoring is also available.
Parental leave
CNH provides four weeks of paid leave to support employees who want to take time to bond with their newborn or newly adopted child.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our partnership with Optum provides an enhanced Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help you deal with a variety of life's challenges—child and elder care, stress management, legal services, financial counseling, mental health support and more. Optum provides no-cost, confidential, evidence-based mental health support.
The EAP program and WorkLife Services are available to you at no extra cost as part of your benefits. (You do not need to be enrolled in a CNH Medical plan to use this service.) This includes 24/7 access to EAP over the phone and online. You can call to speak with a master's level employee assistance specialist who can provide consultation, risk screening, advocacy, referrals educational materials. You can also use the web services which are available in English and Spanish.
Here is an overview of what's available:
Face-to-face counseling
You receive 16 visits per event per year. A network of clinicians—part of a larger network of 150,000 clinicians—provides goal-oriented counseling.
Financial coaching
Up to 60 minutes of free consultation with a credentialed financial coach for each financial issue. Access to extensive legal and financial tools and libraries to help you take control of your finances.
Legal counseling and mediation services
Free 30-minute telephonic or in-person consultation with a state-specific attorney or qualified mediator per separate legal issue, via a national network of more than 22,000 attorneys and 630 professional mediators. Ongoing services are provided at 25% below the firm's current rates after the initial consultation.
Digital self-care tools

Education Reimbursement Program
You become eligible for the CNH Education Reimbursement Program once you have completed one year of service. Upon successful completion of approved coursework, employees are eligible for 100% reimbursement of tuition and lab fees, up to the program's annual maximum benefit.
Employee Purchase Program
CNH employees can purchase or lease select Case IH, CASE and New Holland products, accessories and attachments at discounted prices. These products include current model tractors, hay and forage equipment, skid-steer loaders and consumer products such as commercial mowers, yard tractors and attachments.
Vehicle Purchase Plan and additional purchase plans
Through special arrangement with Chrysler Motors, CNH employees are eligible to purchase Chrysler vehicles at a discounted rate. We also have partnerships with other business partners, such as Verizon and HP, to offer you additional discount purchase plans.
