Aetna Medical Plans
Envision offers five medical plan options through Aetna. Each plan uses the same network (Aetna Choice POS II) and provides the same services — the main differences are in premiums, deductibles and out-of-pocket costs.
In addition, all plans currently offer no-cost medical and behavioral healthcare through CVS Virtual Care. Please note that this benefit is subject to change pending government regulations.
Your Aetna medical ID card is combined with your prescription plan through CVS Caremark for convenience. Use the links below locate a provider, access a side-by-side comparison of the medical plans and learn more!

Register for an Aetna Account
If you are enrolling in an Aetna medical plan for the first time, be sure to register for an Aetna patient account where you can easily review your coverage, find in-network providers, and more. When you receive your Aetna ID card in the mail, follow these steps to create your account:
- Visit aetna.com.
- Click on Member Login.
- Under Don’t have an account?, click Register.
- Create an account and confirm your details.

Health Advocate is available for ALL teammates! 2nd.MD and Lantern are available for all teammates enrolled in a medical plan through Aetna.
