Envision offers three medical plan options through Aetna, all of which come with no-cost support programs. Each plan uses the same Aetna network and provides the same core services. The premiums, deductibles and out-of-pocket costs vary so you can choose the option that best fits your needs.
All plans include no‑cost telemedicine visits through CVS Virtual Care, making it easier to access care when and where you need it.
For added simplicity, your Aetna medical ID card includes your prescription coverage through Optum Rx.
