Benefits for My Well-Being

Enhanced Well-Being and Family Support Program
Beginning Nov. 1, our enhanced well-being and family support benefit will be available to help you care for your mental health and emotional well-being. Powered by Lyra, this benefit provides personalized mental health support for clinicians, teammates, spouses and eligible dependents at no cost, whether you're navigating everyday stress, relationship challenges or more complex mental health needs.
With Lyra, you can access care virtually or in person and get connected with therapists or coaches who match your needs and preferences. Care Navigators are available to help guide you to the right support and resources every step of the way.
Benefits include:
- This includes 6 sessions from Nov - Dec, 2026 PLUS six more sessions in calendar year 2027
- Virtual and in-person options with appointments available in as little as one day
- Personalized matching with therapists and coaches based on your needs and preferences
- Self-guided resources, coaching and skill building tools
- Anonymous, in-the-moment support from a dedicated licensed clinician for moments when you are in distress
- Specialized care for more complex mental health needs and care coordination when a higher level of care is needed
Starting Nov. 1, Lyra will be available to clinicians, teammates, spouses and eligible dependents, and medical plan enrollment is not required to access this benefit. If you're enrolled in an Envision medical plan, you can continue seeing your Lyra provider through Aetna after using your six no-cost sessions.
