Top 5 Things to Know for 2023

If you’ve been rethinking your coverage in the past year, you can get a full glimpse into the benefits that Inspire Brands offers and pick the benefits that work best with your new priorities.
Here are the top 5 things you need to know:
Actions You Need to Take
If you do nothing, your 2022 elections will roll over to 2023 (except for HSAs or FSAs). That means this is a passive enrollment year.
Dunkin’ Operations (formerly DB Operating Co.) Team Members: If you want coverage in 2023, you MUST make elections during this Annual Enrollment.
Annual Enrollment starts on November 8 and runs through November 22.
Beneficiary Information is Required for Life Insurance Benefits
During Annual Enrollment or anytime throughout the year, go to www.InspireBrandsBenefits.com to review, add, or update your beneficiary designation.
Discontinued in 2023 - Covid-19 Vaccine Premium
The Covid-19 Vaccination Premium will no longer be deducted if enrolled in an Inspire medical plan in 2023.
Nicotine Premium Reminder
Team Members enrolled in a medical plan through Inspire will incur a Nicotine Premium. You can have this Nicotine Premium removed at any time by yielding negative results from a nicotine test.
Inspire has contracted with Quest Diagnostics to administer the nicotine screening necessary to have the Nicotine Premium removed.
If a medical plan was elected, employees will receive two emails to their email address on record after Annual Enrollment closes. The first email will be from Inspire and will explain the Nicotine Premium. The second email will be sent from Quest Diagnostics with the form needed to complete the nicotine screening.
This is a one-time screening at no cost to the team member. If you use nicotine products, you may be eligible to have the Nicotine Premium removed upon completion of a six-week smoking cessation program.
ID Cards for 2023
Team Members who have a newly elected medical plan or have made changes to existing medical plans will receive new medical ID cards. Only new members electing a medical plan will receive new pharmacy ID cards.
Members who have a newly elected dental plan or have made changes to existing dental coverage will receive new dental ID cards. There are no ID cards for vision coverage.
If no changes are made to your current 2022 medical or dental coverage, existing ID cards will carry over to 2023 coverage.
