Top 5 Things to Know for 2023
Use this Virtual Benefits Kickoff to get a full glimpse into the benefits that Inspire Brands offers and pick the benefits that work best for you and your family.
Here are the top 5 things you need to know:
You Must Take Action
If you want benefits in 2023, you MUST make an active election during Annual Enrollment.
Annual Enrollment starts on November 8 and runs through November 22.
New Benefits Enrollment Site
Your new benefits destination is now www.InspireBrandsBenefits.com. Starting November 8, you’ll find everything needed to understand your options and costs, compare plans, and enroll in your Inspire benefits. Log in during Annual Enrollment to make your elections.
In order to register your account at www.InspireBrandsBenefits.com, you will need your current Employee ID and the Company Key is Inspire.
Dependent Verification Process
Dependents added to coverage during Annual Enrollment will need to complete the Dependent Verification Process. The enrollment system will prompt you to upload supporting documentation (Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, recent Tax Returns) in order to complete the Dependent Verification process.
Nicotine Premium
Team Members enrolled in a medical plan through Inspire will incur a Nicotine Premium. You can have this Nicotine Premium removed at any time by yielding negative results from a nicotine test.
Inspire has contracted with Quest Diagnostics to administer the nicotine screening necessary to have the Nicotine Premium removed.
If a medical plan was elected, Team Members will receive two emails to their email address on record after Annual Enrollment closes. The first email will be from Inspire and will explain the Nicotine Premium. The second email will be sent from Quest Diagnostics with the form needed to complete the nicotine screening.
This is a one-time screening at no cost to the Team Member. If you use nicotine products, you may be eligible to have the Nicotine Premium removed upon completion of a six-week smoking cessation program.
ID Cards for 2023
Team members who elect a medical plan will receive new medical and pharmacy ID cards. Team members who elect a dental plan will receive new dental ID cards. There are no ID cards for those who elect vision coverage.
