The Dental HMO options offer access to a narrow network of licensed dentists. Like a medical HMO, you will be assigned a primary care dentist who will coordinate care and provide referrals to specialists, including referrals to pediatric dentists. Covered services have preset copayments (dollar amounts), with no deductibles and limited annual maximums.
