Vison coverage is provided by Vision Service Plan (VSP).
You can choose between two vision options: VSP Basic Vision or the VSP Vision Plus. Both options include coverage for exams, lenses, frames and contact lenses.
Both options offer the convenience and flexibility of visiting any licensed eye care provider, anywhere. You will receive the highest benefit coverage when you use a VSP network vision provider.
Onsite VSP Vision Centers, located on some Intel campuses, provide convenient access to care.
- Costco, Walmart and Sam’s Club are in-network providers for frames, lenses and contacts – please see the benefit coverage details below for more information.
- There are no paycheck deductions with the VSP Basic Vision option.
- The VSP Vision Plus option has a paycheck deduction and has enhanced benefits including annual frame replacement and a $2,000 lifetime Lasik benefit.
