Cost of care
Annual Physicals Preventive care such as annual physical exams and certain preventive vaccinations are at no cost to Intel blue-badge employees and eligible dependents who are enrolled in the Intel Group Health Plan.
Market Competitive Rates Fees for everything else depend on the service you are receiving and the medical plan in which you are enrolled.
HDHP Plan If you're in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), all services are priced competitively at non-preventive rates. You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA)* for payments.
*The HSA is not an Intel-sponsored benefit. Eligibility and contribution limits apply.
