Stock Benefit Plans
Intel’s stock benefit plans offer eligible US employees the opportunity to have an ownership stake in Intel. If you are new to Intel, you may not be able to act on these benefits right away. You will receive an activation email from E*TRADE once one of the following occurs:
1. Your RSU grant is loaded into E*TRADE
2. The Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) enrollment starts. Since ESPP enrollment takes place in January and July, employees hired during these two months can enroll right away.
You must wait to receive an account activation email in order to access your E*TRADE account.
Here’s an example of what our stock benefit plans may look like for an employee that is hired in November:
- RSU grant is loaded to E*TRADE the first week of February.
- ESPP enrollment starts in January, so you will receive an E*TRADE account activation email just prior to January. At that time, you can enroll and select your contribution percentage.
