Joint Pain Support with Hinge Health
Sore back, achy knees, and stiff wrists and hands—conditions like these affect 1 out of every 2 adults. Join Hinge Health, Intel’s new benefit, to make this the year you move beyond pain. This benefit is available to employees and eligible dependents aged 18 and above, enrolled in Anthem.
The Hinge Health benefit comes at no cost to you and includes:
- Personalized exercises designed by physical therapists to alleviate pain
- Virtual sessions that you can access anytime, anywhere
- 1-on-1 support from a physical therapist and qualified health coach

Personal Navigation for LGBT+ Health
Intel has partnered with Included Health, a comprehensive care navigation platform for the LGBT+ community, to connect members with quality, affirming care.
Through Included Health, employees and eligible dependents have access to 1:1 concierge service for ongoing care needs and personalized navigation for LGBT+ affirming care. Included Health’s Care Coordinators can help with the following services:
Connect - Find providers who are clinically competent in understanding LGBT+ health nuances, risks and concerns.
Empower - Offer support on a range of topics beyond provider pairing, including understanding insurance benefits, coming out at work, parenting LGBT+ youth, and more.
Advocate - Support in planning for gender affirming care, understanding insurance coverage, and managing transition steps, including legal name changes and others.

You’ll be able to view and manage alerts in real time, monitor your credit report for fraud, receive alerts for major withdrawals and purchases, look at what’s getting shared in your name on social media and get reimbursed for up to $1 million in the event of an identity theft incident.
Allstate Identity Protection Pro will cover you and your family at no cost. To take advantage of this benefit, enroll during Annual or New Hire Enrollment.
You also have the opportunity to enhance the Pro Family option by enrolling in buy-up coverage for Pro+ and Pro+ Cyber options through My Health Benefits. Premiums for buy-up coverage will be paid through payroll deductions.
Long Term Care Insurance
You have the option to purchase Long Term Care plus Life Insurance* through Trustmark, which can help pay for the cost of assisted care in your home or a facility if you are unable to take care of yourself.
Nearly 70% of people 65 or older will need long-term care services or support according to 2020 data from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and regular health insurance doesn’t cover long term care. A long-term care policy can provide financial support for you and your loved ones when you need it most.

They can point you to the right products, services and programs to make life easier for them and their caretakers. Intel employees cover the cost of these services and programs. Any fees are fully disclosed and agreed upon ahead of time.

Your pets are like an extension of your family. That’s why it can be scary if one of them suddenly gets sick or injured. Luckily, pet insurance is there to help with the cost of seeing a vet for those moments when your furry friends are feeling less than well.
This benefit through Nationwide can help you recover up to 90% of your vet bill. Plus, the rates don’t change based on your pet’s age. This plan is not available to the general public.
