Health for Life Centers - Wellness Webinars (AZ, CA, NM and OR only)

Ergonomics+ Concierge
Your Ergonomics+ Concierge will provide you with personalized 1:1 guidance and resources to improve your working position, movement and posture throughout the day to help you prevent ergonomic injuries. Also included are techniques to manage your stress and improve your sleep, as well as support for hydration, nutrition and exercise. Your Ergo+ Concierge will help you connect with an ergonomic assessment provider in the lab/fab or in our new hybrid office workspaces.
