The cost of health care continues to rise in the U.S., with anticipated medical cost set to increase 7.5%. As a part of our overall wellbeing strategy and our commitment to investing in the health of our colleagues and their families, Regeneron will absorb more than 95% of this cost increase rather than passing it onto you. This means you will see a 3.0% increase to your bi-weekly medical plan contributions - between $2.00 and $7.00 in additional contributions per paycheck, depending on which plan you choose and whom you cover. In addition, for the 5th year in a row, dental and vision contributions will not increase. Given your positive feedback, our plans and providers will remain the same for 2025.
