Sazerac provides our team members with life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance. These benefits provide important financial protection and security for you and your family in the case of an untimely death, or unexpected illness or injury requiring you to take time away from work. It's important to assign a beneficiary, or review your current beneficiaries, for your life and AD&D insurance policies during open enrollment.

You also may be eligible to purchase additional life insurance coverage for yourself, your spouse, or your dependent children. Depending on your elected coverage, you may need to complete an evidence of insurability (EOI) questionnaire.
