Enrollment Window

Open Enrollment: Most elections will automatically carry forward for 2022 if you do not enroll. Tax-free spending elections and the Annual Leave Payout election will not automatically renew. See Enrollment Guide for details.

New Hires: You have 30 days from your hire date to enroll in benefits. If you do not enroll, you will not be able to choose benefits until our next Open Enrollment.

Medical and Prescription Changes

The 80 and 80HD plans have deductible, out-of-pocket maximum, and co-pay changes. The Wrap Plan has new eligibility criteria. SwedishAmerican associates whose primary insurance is with SwedishAmerican (under either the 80 Plan or the 80HD Plan) will not be eligible to elect the Wrap Plan. Prescription plan co-pays are changing for both the SwedishAmerican retail pharmacy and the Elixir contracted pharmacies.
