ChoicePlus and HealthFund participants will have access to Carrum Health for surgical procedures and cancer care. Examples of common services covered include heart surgery, weight loss/bariatric surgery, hip, knee, neck, back, or shoulder surgery, and cancer treatment options like breast and thyroid cancer treatment. It will be required for health plan members to go through Carrum Health for bariatric procedures. Carrum has dedicated Patient Care Specialists who will guide you through the entire process, from initial consultation to recovery, handling logistical aspects and answering questions while connecting you with top hospitals and surgeons in the country known for their expertise and better outcomes.
