How to enroll


Start one of two ways:

  • Log in to the PeopleSoft Hub from an Entergy computer and click on the Benefits tile on the self-service page.
  • If you are not on the Entergy network, go to entergytotalrewards.com and log in.

To begin the enrollment process, click Start Here in the main banner at the top of the page (appears only when your enrollment window is open).

The enrollment system will walk you through each benefit category and allow you to review the costs and other options.

When you’ve made your selections and double-checked your information, click I Agree to confirm your elections. You’ll know you’re done when you see a confirmation number.

Note: If you've added dependents to your coverage, you will be required to provide proof of your relationship. Learn more about dependent verification.

First time logging in?

If you will not be using the single sign-on via PeopleSoft to log in to the Entergy Total Rewards online portal, you’ll need to register by going to entergytotalrewards.com and selecting the Register button under Don’t have an account?.

Forgot your password?

Don't lock yourself out by entering the wrong one too many times! Instead, click on Trouble Logging In? below the Login button to change your password. You can also access the portal without a password by logging in to the PeopleSoft Hub from an Entergy computer and selecting the Benefits tile on the self-service page.

Confirming your elections

If you’d like to double check that your enrollment elections went through or review your benefits elections, you can view your confirmation by selecting Message Center in the top-right corner.

Adding dependents

If you have added any new dependents as part of your enrollment, you will need to provide proof of their relationship to you within 30 days.

Receive important benefits updates via text

Don’t miss out on important enrollment updates, benefit changes or crucial dates: Opt in to text messages to stay updated on your Entergy benefits. It’s quick and easy — once you’re logged in to the enrollment platform, follow these steps:

  1. Click your name on the top-right corner of the home page and select Profile.
  2. Scroll down to Personal Preferences, and click the blue Edit button.
  3. Add your cellphone number and check the Opt Into SMS check box.
  4. Click Save, and you’re all set!

The MyChoice benefits app gives you access to all of your benefits from the palm of your hand. The app gives you all the details of your plan choices and lets you enroll on the go. You can also verify your dependents and store digital versions of your ID cards, so you never leave home without them!
