401 (k) Plan
Achieve your future retirement goals with help from the VF 401k Savings Plan, administered by Fidelity Investments. After three months of service and reaching age 21, you are automatically enrolled in the plan at 3%. VF matches 100% of the first 6% of pay you save through the plan.
You choose how to invest your contributions and VF’s matching contributions. The plan offers core investment funds, VF Common Stock fund, Life Stage funds and Fidelity BrokerageLink (a self-directed brokerage account).
You can make pre-tax and/or Roth contributions to the 401k up to the annual IRS limit. You can contribute up to the annual IRS maximum for 2026, which has yet to be announced. The 2025 limit for 401k contributions is $23,500, plus an additional $7,500 in “catch up” contributions if you are 50 or older.

To get VF’s full matching contribution, contribute at least 6% of pay to the plan.
6% (you) + 6% (VF) = 12% contributed to your account
