Earn rewards for healthy actions!
VF’s Wellness Rewards Program supports all associates enrolled in a UHC or Kaiser medical plan with starting, maintaining or amplifying a healthy lifestyle.
Simply complete wellness-related activities to earn rewards through Optum Engage, and the value of the rewards earned will be added to your Wellness Rewards Account through ThrivePass. You can earn up to $300 in Rewards money to spend on products and services that support your health and well-being.

Here are some examples of the healthy actions you can take to earn Wellness Rewards:
- Optum Engage Survey
- Preventive medical care (including age/gender-appropriate cancer and biometric screenings)
- Dental or vision screenings
- Quarterly missions or challenges administered by Optum Engage
- Participation in programs supporting your Body like Teladoc, Quit for Life, and Maternity
- Participation in GuidanceResources by ComPysch or Rethink programs that support your Mind
- Fidelity Wellness Checkup
- Paid Time Off or Volunteer Time Off

Any rewards earned through VF's Wellness Rewards Program will be added to your Wellness Rewards Account through ThrivePass. You can use your funds to shop the ThrivePass Marketplace for products and services that support your health and wellbeing, including gym memberships and online classes, or request reimbursement through ThrivePass under eligible categories.
Quit for Life is a tobacco cessation program offered through Optum at no cost to all benefits-eligible associates and/or their covered dependents. Tobacco users may be subject to a monthly $52 medical plan surcharge.*
*The tobacco surcharge does not apply to associates enrolled in Kaiser Hawaii and Cigna Global Health plans.
