With two Surest medical plans to choose from, you pay a set copay when you receive care. The difference between the Surest Premium Copay Plan and the Surest Base Copay Plan is the amount you pay for services and your maximum out-of-pocket costs. There is no deductible to meet first, and you do not pay coinsurance.
