Time away enhancements
Wolters Kluwer is enhancing its Time Away benefits to provide greater flexibility, financial support, and peace of mind when you need it most. Beginning January 1, 2027, enhancements to parental leave, caregiver leave, and short-term disability will help you focus on your health, your family, and what matters most. These enhancements are part of our ongoing commitment to supporting colleagues and their families through every stage of life.
Effective January 1, 2027, Time away benefits are being enhanced to offer more flexibility and financial support when it matters most.
- Paid Parental Leave: Up to 12 weeks at 100% pay for new parents to care for and bond with a newborn or a child newly placed for adoption or foster care. You are eligible for parental leave 30 days after your hire date with Wolters Kluwer.
- Paid Caregiver Leave: Up to four weeks of paid time off to care for a close relative with a serious health condition. You are eligible for caregiver leave 30 days after your hire date with Wolters Kluwer.
- Short-Term Disability (STD): Up to 26 weeks with the first 8 weeks at 100% pay and remainder at 70% pay, to give you support and flexibility when you need it most.
