The GuidanceResources program offers information and resources 24 hours a day, including:
- Help with Parenting and Childcare: Find guidance and resources on parenting and help you find the right childcare for your children.
- Stress Relief: The program offers resources to help you manage stress.
- Personal Assistance: Contact a consultant who can provide information, listings, or resources for home maintenance and repairs, travel and relocation, pet care, event planning, family activities, and more.
- Legal Assistance: Talk to an attorney over the phone who can refer you to a qualified attorney in your area if you need representation.

Back-Up Care for Family Members & Pets

Back-Up Care Employee Use Policies:
- 12 days of Back-Up Child/Elder Care per calendar year
- Back-up care days can also be used for tutoring or virtual camp
- 7 days of Pet Care per calendar year
Your Copay Per Use:
- Centers / School-age Camps: $15/child or $25/family
- In-Home Care: $6/hour (up to 3 care recipients, 4-hour minimum)
Enhanced Family Support Programs Sometimes you need support beyond family care. You also have access to Bright Horizons Enhanced Family Supports, a program that offers caregiver search tools, expanded programs for children, resources for employees with elder care responsibilities, and more.

How to Access the Benefit:
- Must register BEFORE using the program and reserve care up to 90 days in advance.
- Back-up care days must be used exclusively for work-related purposes, such as when travel is required and their usual care arrangements are unavailable. You will be required to certify the usage as work-related prior to utilizing the benefits.
