MAKE YOUR ELECTIONS
If You Take No Action: Your current medical, dental and vision plan elections will automatically roll over to 2027. If you’re currently enrolled in a dental and/or vision plan, your coverage will roll over to the Standard Dental and Standard Vision plans. If you want to enroll in the Enhanced Dental or Enhanced Vision plan, you’ll need to actively enroll during Open Enrollment.
Want to Make a Change? If you want to enroll in one of the new enhanced dental or vision plan options, or change your medical plan, you must make an active election during Open Enrollment.
Re-enroll in the FSA or HSA if you want to contribute in 2027 (your current elections will not roll over).

Review and update your beneficiaries and personal details.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
In 2027, HSA contribution limits are increasing. For individuals enrolled in the HSA Choice Plus High Deductible Health Plan, the contribution limit is $4,500 for employee-only coverage and $9,000 for family coverage. If you are age 55 or older, you may still make an additional $1,000 catch-up contribution.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
The IRS is expected to increase the 2027 contribution limit for the Health Care Flexible Spending Account. At this time, that limit has not yet been announced. When the IRS makes that announcement, you can find the updated limit here. As a reminder, you can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses for you and your eligible dependents.

The benefits described in these webinars are available to Regular Full-Time AEG Employees. The eligibility of union-represented employees for these benefits, plans or programs may be governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement(s) and/or subject to collective bargaining.
